Everything has been said here on the issue of Algeria's position on global cultural event to be held a year in Tlemcen on "Tlemcen, the Capital of Islamic Culture 2011 ".
The Ministry of Culture launched a competition to find a graphic for the festival. Y 'There were over 400 participants, but ultimately, an expert would have loaded.
-Curiously the same event organized 2 years ago in the city of Kairouan in Tunisia had adopted a similar logo.

Nothing is more natural for Samir, who had prepared the letter before the first day of sale to the logo artwork for the event. - But accusations of some newspapers and artists of the similarity of 2 logo, meant that it was surprised the day of the release of issue of the presence of another logo on the proposed CDF.

In addition to the logo, Ouari added some specific features of the city to find a girl with a wedding dress, a mosque and the tower of Mansoura which also illustrates one of two stamps issued.
