Each year several postal administrations worldwide join together to issue stamps commemorating the arrival of each of the signs of the Chinese Zodiac. I had already received a FDC devoted to this theme China. France is no exception with the issue forward and that the first 14 and 15 January 2011 of a stamp as a beautiful souvenir sheet of 4.
The stamp was designed by renowned Chinese artist in France "Li Zhongyao" which is the source of several French design stamps dedicated to this theme.
