I length about the Stamp Day 2010 in France or The Post Office had proposed three new programs:

And Booklet of 12 stamps with permanent validity (Tariff 20 g letter to France)" Stamp Day Water "to 6.72 €.

The 2 stamps present and the rest of the book of stamps issued in March 2010 illustrate different uses of water or risks that affect it. I suppose one of these stamps illustrates its use to produce electricity and Another corner shows its poor distribution worldwide.
